OLIVE GROVES: Wedged between the mountains of the Sierra Súbbetica and the borders of the provinces of Granada and Jaén, the olive groves of the Rodríguez family is located in the heart of Andalusia, Spain’s most southern region.
OLIVE VARIETY: Picudo – A sweet and fruity oil. Hojiblanco – A mild and floral oil. Picual – A peppery and bold oil.

Specially blended by the eminent olive oil Master Taster, Mr Fermín Rodríguez Jiménez, he is the owner of Aceites Vizcántar, and one of the Master Tasters in Priego de Córdoba since 1996, who annually determines which of the local olive oils earn the Denominación de Origen. Fermín is the first member of the Register of International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savantes in March 2016.
