Soler Romero – Organic Sherry (Jerez) Vinegar

INGREDIENT: This Vinegar is made of fermented organic Sherry (Jerez) wine, aged in American and French Oak barrels. The main organic grape used is Palomino Fino. 100% natural and organic.
D.O. Jerez: This Sherry vinegar is protected by the Regulatory Board of the Denomination of Origin “Vinagre de Jerez”, in the province of Cadiz, southern Spain. It is a young vinegar and one of the first organic Sherry vinegars existing in the market.
TASTE: This Sherry vinegar has an aromatic richness, traces of oak, old wine with a mild intensity, soft and well-balanced. Non aggressive, persistent aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal for salads, dressings and marinades.
PROCESS: The secret of making this vinegar is to use a combination of high quality raw material (organic grapes from Spain), with no addition of additives or sugar, following an ancestral method of fermentation of wine and grape must, and then let it rest and aged in American and French oak barrels.
