TASTING NOTE:

An early harvest organic extra virgin olive oil, it is delicate, mild and smooth with notes of green olives, almonds, walnuts, and ripe fruits, mainly banana and tomato. Initially sweet and fruity, followed by light bitter and pungent notes, it is very pleasant and harmonious to the palate.

INTENSITY: Delicate & Mild. Smooth.

CULTIVATION: 100% Organic.

FOR WHOM: Best for children and those who prefer mild and smooth but healthy organic extra virgin olive oil.

OLV Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

OLV stands for Oro Líquido Verde, i.e. Green Liquid Gold. It is a most awarded brand in Biofach Nüremberg in the last 6 years.

PRODUCER: Agropecuaria Ecológica Sierra de Alcaraz (AESA).

OLIVE GROVE: 3,000 hectares of olive trees situated in Alcaraz, Albacete, southeast of Spain, on the Prebética mountain range with an average height of 650-750 meters above the sea. Harvest season is always early.

CULTIVATION: 100% Organic & Sustainable Farming.

OLIVE VARIETY: Predominantly Arbequina and Picual (about 90%), with an added touch of Cornicabra & Picudo.

HARVESTING PERIOD: October / November.

TASTE PROFILE: Initially sweet and fruity due to Arbequina, the taste is followed by light bitter and pungent notes with green herbs of Picual, plus an added touch of the wild flavour of Cornicabra, and floral fragrance of Picudo. Overall, this olive oil is very pleasant and harmonious to the palate.
