Description
JUAN GIL BLANCO
This white wine is made from the vineyards of Moscatel (Muscat à Petits Grains) – located on gently sloping hillsides at altitude of 700 metres above sea level in the valley of La Aragona, north of Jumilla, where calcareous soils, dry climate and long hours sun exposure create an ideal microclimate for growing this variety. The climate is extremely dry, with virtually no rainfall throughout the year, and a long cold winter. Day-to-night temperature fluctuation is in the range of 25°C .
The harvest is done manually. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After the fermentation, the wine is remained in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
We recommend moderate consumption of our wine as part of the Mediterranean diet.
NOTE: Contains sulphites. Consumption of wine during childhood, pregnancy and in case of any sulphite allergy may cause serious damage to health.
