TASTE PROFILE: Delicate to Medium intensity. Green and aromatic with fruity notes of green olives, freshly cut grass, fig leaves and ripe tomato, almond and banana peel. Soft and sweet on the palate with a light itching and slight bitterness. It is an everyday delights.
