SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We provide free delivery on orders above S$50, calculated after discount, if any.
For CBT-Shenton and Sentosa areas, the minimum order amount is higher. In the event that your order is below the free delivery minimum, we charge a flat fee for delivery. We do not deliver to remote areas. Appreciate your understanding.
- We will deliver your orders within two days upon receipt of your confirmation.
- We will make an appointment with you to confirm the date and time of delivery so that there is always someone at the location to receive the goods.
We will only deliver orders to the CBD area between 10am to 12 noon each day due to ERP and high parking charges.
We highly recommend that you pull in your friends and/or colleagues to place an order, if at all possible.
Our earliest delivery is 10am. There will not be any delivery after 6pm.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Olive oil is a highly sensitive product. We are regret to inform that we are unable to accept return and exchange.
In the event that there is a genuine shipping error, or you receive a damaged or defective product (as in rancid), we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund or exchange for a new one within 3 days from the date of purchase.
To arrange for a replacement of your product for the aforementioned reasons, please contact Customer Care firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your privacy is very important to us. We pledge that:
- The information we have collected through the order processing, such as your name, email address, shipping/delivery address and phone number, will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling the orders you have placed with us.

If you are currently reside in China (中国), Taiwan (台灣), Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote on shipping cost by air or sea before you place an order.
We suggest that you place an order that would weigh about 5-6kg for an overall cost-effectiveness. This would make up for about 5 to 6 bottles, depending on the bottling size and weight.
Kindly take note of the following: The quoted shipping fee does not include (1) Custom Tax, if any, upon entering your country, and (2) Insurance.
We use DHL for international shipping.
